David, I've had a number of these which have purported to come from the
Beeb's tech support people.  They don't and they are spam.  My guess is
yours are too.

Suggesting that I have an unacceptable number of viruses emanating from
my machine.

As I think I am well protected, I guess that this is spam but would be
grateful of re-assurance.
