Hi Ibrahim - The Senheisers I use have cups that measure 5 inch by 4, and are
pretty deep, so you really know you're wearing them--I like them for music, but
would like to have something that is less heavy/bulky for when just listening
to speech. Thanks anyway -

Andy

  Hi Andy.

Well, these have cups which are slightly enlarged, I dont know of any pad
only earphones I'm sorry, at least not ones that are cordless.

  All the best, Ibrahim.

Hi Ibrahim - Not sure what "cupped but open air" actually looks like? I
thought cupped meant they fitted completely over/around the ear?

I'm looking for lite weight, with a narrow band across the head, and
preferabley pads that sit against the ear--sometimes I wear headphones for
several hours at a time, and find having large cups covering most of both sides
of mhy face, rather warm and closed off.

    Any suggestions? -

    Andy

      Hi Andy.

The Sony's are cupped but open ear headphones, so the cups surround the
ear but are lightweight and allow sound to circulate freely, they're very
comfortable I can assure you.

      All the best, Ibrahim.

        Hi Ibrahim -

Re the Sony pair, are they full cup, or lite weight? I'm looking for a
pair that sit more against the ear rather than the full cup that encloses the
ear -

          Hi John and Andy.

Nearly 200 quid is a ridiculus amount of money to spend on a pair of
cordless cans. A good set which I own and can highly recommend are the Sony
MDR-RF860RK's which are great all round headphones for both speech and music.
Play sell these for £44.99 and that includes free delivery.

          All the best, Ibrahim.
