In IE, you could select the import/export menu option and export your favorits to somewhere else on your hard drive or a CD or something - not sure if this is what you mean? Its an easy process which the wizard walks you through. -----Original Message----- From: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of David W Wood Sent: 29 June 2005 16:59 To: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [access-uk] copying favorites All, unfortunately I have a corrupted profile on my machine and need to copy my favorites as a backup. Can I simply copy the 'favorites' folder somewhere else and keep the URLs? I do realise that this can be done with 'new user' but don't want to go this route. -- David W Wood ** To leave the list, click on the immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=unsubscribe] ** If this link doesn't work then send a message to: ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx ** and in the Subject line type ** unsubscribe ** For other list commands such as vacation mode, click on the ** immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=faq] ** or send a message, to ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the Subject:- faq ** To leave the list, click on the immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=unsubscribe] ** If this link doesn't work then send a message to: ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx ** and in the Subject line type ** unsubscribe ** For other list commands such as vacation mode, click on the ** immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=faq] ** or send a message, to ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the Subject:- faq
