Hi Alison.
Yes, the program is very easy to use and I believe has a help file; beware
though, as it is a free tool, it may try to offer to download additional
products during the setup process as well as browser extensions; I've been
caught out before when using this program's installer so make sure you read all
the installation steps thoroughly.
All the best and good luck, Ibrahim.

This is very helpful. Thank you.
Will the programme explain what steps I need to take?
Alison

NCH Switch Sound Converter is a tool very popular amongst the blindness
community to quickly convert audio files from one format to another. iTunes
does not natively support WMA (Windows Media Audio) format as it is a
proprietary format developed by Microsoft, so if you want to import WMA audio
files into iTunes, you need to convert them hence the use of such a tool as
Switch. It comes in a free and paid version, you can find the NCH software
downloads page for audio tools here:

Hope this answers your question.
