Hi Alex,

I think only the pro version will defrag the swap file, but I am not
entirely sure of this.

As for stopping Snova starting up, don't bother.  The defrag is done before
any startup programs get a look-in.

Thank you for your opinion, I will more than likely purchase Diskeeper via 
an online method in the near future and will let the list know how I get on.

Just out of interest, for an XP home system, would you recommend Diskeeper 
home version, (which I am currently trialling), or the pro version so that I

can defrag the swap file, or will the swap file defrag in the trial of the 
home version if I set diskeeper to defrag the boot sector and make sure that

my screen reader and magnification, Supernova, is not set to start at boot 
up?
