Hi Alex, Unless you tell Diskeeper otherwise, it will scan all drives, so you only need one copy. And you'll never know if it works, unless you try it. How would it run on a machine with a split hard drive? would I have to download it once for each drive, as I have set the computer up so that one drive(the C drive), has the programs on it, and the D drive has the data on it.
