But other emails I have with links in show up ok, but this one isn't for some reason. Also how do I change it from plane text to html? Andy S

Andy,

If the link is there, then why not just press jaws key and F7 to bring up
the links list? As Tom said, however, if you are reading mail in plain text
then the links won't be there and you will have to change to html.

John.
