Hi Alison,

The ways I know to do this are to select comments in the insert tab dialog
box when in the document, arrow up and down the list of comments and press
enter to move to the part of the document containing the comment. This is
slightly clunky as you keep having to go back into the list with insert tab
to see the next comment, as the list of comments doesn't read them in
context.

The other option is to turn on navigation mode with insert z, and use n and
shift+n to cycle between the next and previous comments. Using the arrow
keys will help put the comment in context, though you'll obviously need to
turn off navigation mode when you want to edit.

I'm not sure if there is a hotkey similar to alt right bracket and alt left
bracket (which cycle between next and previous track changes). I don't know
what it is if so.

Cheers,

Ed

Subject: [access-uk] comments in MS Word

I submitted an item to my Creative Writing Class and it has been returned to
me with some comments on how it could be improved. Is there any way in which
I can access comments in Word using Window-eyes?

Alison
