Hi Dave

Not that I know of.  Remember that you have to completely cover the sensor
in order to obtain what it thinks is the correct colour.

Jackie, that was a funny story. Thanks and I also have a question I hope was
not already addressed here.  Different light sources affect what color an
object may appear as.  I suppose the truest color reference is established
in so-called natural sunlight while flourescent light turns things more
bluish and incandescent light bulbs turn things more reddish-orannge.  So do
any of these color detectors have settings for different light sources as
that can account for mis-readings otherwise.
