Hi Derek,
I've used chip and pin quite regularly. I have no sight at all and don't find it in the least difficult. In fact, to be honest I think it's the best thing since sliced bread ! ! So much better than struggling to fit what is at best a pretty unreadable signature into a tiny space on that awful shiny paper. Are those people who say they can't use chip and pin saying they never use a telephone? I just can't understand where the difficulty lies. But that's just my two pence worth!
