You are taking the thread off topic same as
Eleanor

I want to talk about the technical issues of chat rooms.

So lets stay on topic please.

I take it you don't know the answers about
chat rooms.

Can they be used in Braille?

How easy to use.

Do they store messages on users computer.

If one needs special software to use a chat room,
is this software already on an xp computer.

If I decide to take a libel case to court
it makes sense for me to be able to show court, that what

In what possible way is this thread not a legal question issue. Are
you really going to take someone to court based on what some bloke on
the Internet said?

Derek Hornby writes:
That is a little silly
A lawyer can not deal with issues like:
How can a Braille user use chat rooms?

Is the software already on an xp computer.

So this thread is not a legal questions issue.

This is getting heavy. Speak to a lawyer.
