Go to Excel's Tools menu, select Options, and then select
the General Tab. You will find "Default File Location:" in
there.

Subject: [access-uk] changing default folders

Hi,

Can any one tell me how to change the default location that
an application automatically looks at when you're trying to
open a file?
E.g. in excel how do I change it from looking at the my
documents folder and make it look at a folder of my choice
by default?

Thanks, Husna
