There is a place to fix the strap on the unit itself, at the bottom of th=
e right hand side with the DS50's front facing you. The package includes=
 a wrist strap.=20

Hi Graham

I don't see anything on the DS50 that would take a neck or wrist-strap, t=
hough the 50 came with a case. A bit about the case in a moment . I pur=
chased the device from an English organisation called iansyst at:
http://www.iansyst.co.uk/reviews/ds40-review/
For =A3250 or there abouts. The DS40 does not come with a case and I nev=
er got an adaptor with the 50.

The DS50 is about the size of a Snickers bar and if you stood it on it's =
base, then it would be vertical, rather than horizontal in shape, if you =
know what I mean. It is designed to lay flat rather than stand.

The case is made out of some form of brushed velvet but quite firm and w=
ill give the device some protection if dropped.

The front cover flaps up, from about halfway up the device and folds back=
on itself at the rear of the device. The flap has a magnet of some kind=
that holds the cover closed when the device is not in use. On the rear o=
f the cover is another flap with Velcro fastening which you can feed a be=
lt through, to secure the device onto your waste perhaps.

I don't see anything on the cover intended to take a neck or wrist strap,=
though I suspect a local cobbler could attach something for a couple of =
bob.

If you need any further information, please get back in touch with me and=
 I'd be happy to oblige.

Best wishes.
Andy
