Hi Steve
The version I am using is the 16 GB with 2 GB of RAM sold through Amazon as the
Amazon exclusive. I have just tried the method you have advised, double tapping
the screen with two fingers and on the second hold and this does not work
either.

Hi,
Are you sure? I have enabled accessibility on several Moto G phones.
Double tap and then hold for about four seconds. If it doesn’t work, you’re
probably not at the setup screen.

Subject: [access-uk] can't turn on accessibility on Android device
hi Everyone.
I recently purchased the Moto G from Amazon, this time with the enhanced 16GB
of storage andd 2GB of RAM. On turning on the device after installing SD and
SIM cards, although I get the welcome screen, I am unable to turn on the
accessibility by the usual 2 finger tap and hold. My question is two fold;
1. Has anyone else experienced this issue and found a workaround, apart that
is from going through setup and enabling accessibility manually through
settings?
2. Does this affect any Motorola phones you or friends, acquaintances etc. you
may have recently purchased?
Thanks, i look forward to hearing from you.
