Hi Eleanor. The link does work, I've just tried it and was successfully able to find the driver for Windows 7. If you press the button labelled software, drivers and applications and then select your operating system, you'll find it.All the best, Ibrahim.-----Original Message----- From: Eleanor BurkeSent: Saturday, June 09, 2012 1:40 PM To: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [access-uk] Re: canon lide scanners under windows sevenBrilliant thanks Ibrahim. As far as I know, all the Canon LiDe range are compatible with Windows 7. Windows 7 detected my LiDe200 and LiDe210 with no additional installation requirements, but earlier models might need a download of the ScanGearsoftware. If anyone has an older Canon scanner they aren't sure will workunder 7, please drop me a line and I can double check this for you and direct you to the appropriate download on the Canon website. Rememberthat as a rule it takes longer for drivers to become available through theWindows Update service and that includes updates, so scanners that worked under XP may just not be recognised by Windows 7 for this reason. All the best, Ibrahim.-----Original Message----- From: william lomasSent: Friday, June 08, 2012 10:40 PM To: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [access-uk] Re: canon lide scanners under windows seven which one did you purchase?
