Are you not able to return it to the manufacturer or supplier for a
replacement, or is it way, way out of warranty?

I use 3g internet, I am having constant issues connecting my 3g to the net, is
it possible for me to buy a replacement dongle, are they universal? I keep
getting error 619 unable to connect to the remote computer.
