[access-uk] brailling of cookers

Hi all
I was amazed to find out that the r n i b do not do brailling of cookers.
We have a new indiset which needs brailling. this cooker is horrid
the pans slide about and it is dangerous to use. trouble is it is
built in to the kitchen.
