You should be able to create the BT address with the Sense once you have it in computer braille mode. I have found, if I've forgotten to do this when originally choosing a password, I've had to go with the way it ws first written.

Hello,
Yes, correct. I was just wondering, because if I click forgot my ID and password, it asks for my phone number to find the ID. I type in our house number, and nothing. And then if I click forgot my password, it will ask for either my user name, or it will say it usually is your bt ID. Can't remember which one. Anyways, in that case, will call in tomorrow, as I couldn't create the bt address just with the braille sense, either. Thanks for the help, though.

I am assuming that you are a bt internet customer and that BT provides your
broadband and router?
If this is the case and you don't know your log in details then all you can
do is phone them and ask them to turn off the filter.

Hello,
Ok, when I try to log in, it asks for a bt id. We don't have a bt address. When I type in our wifi code, and SSID, still nothing. So my question. If, I
sign up for a bt account, will that allow me to log in?
