Well I am sure Jackie on the list might have a suggestion for you. Maybwe someone wuld sell you a Braille Translation software and transfer the liscence to your name. Alternatively maybe you could ask the person whom you purchased from if they have a disk. It might not cost much to buy a disk in any case.

Your embosser should have come with a CD with a free copy of WinBraille, a
word processor/Braille translator/printer driver.

Hi
I have obtained a Basic S embosser. I am using Windows xp pro. Is there a
free program I can use to produce braille printout of text files?

Good idea! I managed to talk to someone as I said in a previous message,
they promised I would have the scratch and read version within 5 working
days and the Braille version very soon after that. Will let you know what
happens.

   Marie,

Perhaps you didn't see my original message ... but I was certainly told
it would take a month.

I think, as you are over that month, you should certainly speak to them
some more.

I still haven't got my urgent replacement and won't hold my breath for
the promised date of Tuesday next week ...

Let me know when your situation is resolved.

I am beginning to think that maybe "In Touch" should carry a feature
about accessibility of bank accounts etc ... so may talk to them.
