Well I am sure Jackie on the list might have a suggestion for you. Maybwe someone wuld sell you a Braille Translation software and transfer the liscence to your name. Alternatively maybe you could ask the person whom you purchased from if they have a disk. It might not cost much to buy a disk in any case.

I managed to talk to someone as I said in a previous message, they promised I would have the scratch and read version within 5 working days and the Braille version very soon after that. Will let you know what happens. I still haven't got my urgent replacement and won't hold my breath for the promised date of Tuesday next week ... Let me know when your situation is resolved. I am beginning to think that maybe "In Touch" should carry a feature about accessibility of bank accounts etc ... so may talk to them. -- Carol carol.pearson29@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx ---- Original Message ---- From: Marie Baisez To: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Sent: Thursday, July 02, 2009 10:09 PM Subject: [access-uk] Re: Barclay's connect card PIN advice > Can anyone say if they managed to get their PIN number > from Barclay's sent to them in Braille and if so, how > long it took from the date of their request? and from > experience, where should I go from here, the code is > apparently now unreadable on the print version because > the lady who tried to read it for me didn't understand > the instructions correctly. > How much longer do I wait for the PIN in Braille? where > do I phone from here to ask for a new one to be sent if > that's what I have to do, and, if I get a new one, and > then, the Braille one turns up, how do I know which PIN > is the right one? > Thought Barclay's employed lots of V I Ps, hope someone > can help. > Thanks in advance. > Marie > ----- Original Message ----- > From: Carol Pearson > To: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx > Sent: Thursday, July 02, 2009 10:15 PM > Subject: [access-uk] Re: Barclay's connect card PIN advice > > > Interesting, Richard.
