Yes this is true.  I made justification for wanting an Alva over a Focus for
ergonomic reasons.  I was lucky to have had such a good assessor and then
ATW support.

ATW are funding your equipment, and that equipment has been recommended by
your assessor, you are perfectly entitled to ask your assessor to look again
at the braille display recommendation if you don't feel happy with what they
have recommended.
