Blank messages  seem to come mainly  from those using a work  account.
Notice that if those  senders  user their personal account, all seems
ok.

It was blank for me too Eleanor, Ian's messages generally are.  I can
only read them when someone replies.  Then his messages are below in
full.  This happens with a few people only on this list.  I don't like
taking up space by complaining, I have better things to do with my
time! (smile.)

Kind Regards,

I am using an iPhone 6 and I am told this message has no content. I
find this strange as it only happens with a few emails from different
people and only occasionally. anybody know what the problem might be?
