If you have windows vista or 7 the best option is the windows firewall. If
you have XP options include Sygate and Sunbelt personal firewall unless you
have a antivirus with a built in packet filter such as Avast home edition
4.8.

if you have it, your routers firewall, its the best solution, if not, then
sygate might do never have used it before so wouldn't know myself.... you
might take a look at look and stop, or privatefirewall from privacyware.
