This was before I changed my PC from XP to XP pro. Now, I have tried using Cipher, Winbrailee 5, and a trial version of Braile maker. I cannot get the embosser to print. If I press the help button on the embosser, it embosses the test sheet OK. Does anyone have any idea what the problem might be? If it helps it says "basic ready, 4.0" when i switch it on.
