A few months ago someone asked about changing preferences on individual
items rather than the general preferences.
go to full trolley view and then below each item space bar on the allow or
not allow substitute for each individual item.
When you go to the check-out after you have checked out the shopping it will
ask you to confirm that you want them not to allow the substitutes.
