[access-uk] automatic Page numbering in Word 2003

When I used to print a multi-paged document my printer used to give each a page
number automatically.
I'm told this is not the case any longer.
I've looked in auto-correct in Word and can't find an option in there to make
it happen, where do I have to look? Is it some setting on my printer's
properties I have to change?
Any help welcomed.
