The RNIB talking book service is good and fast and they
issue a
newsletter either on CDROM or email telling of new titles.

Calibre audio library costs thirty five quid for life
membership and
they are also fast and the site has news of new books and
you can stream
some online and create a wish-list.

Despite some negativity on here about Calibre they offer a
good service
and have a big library.
