There is no keystroke to open the attachments as such. In Windows Live Mail, the JAWS key+a to take you to the list of attachments has not been working for some time. If you have attachments. the tab key will take you to the list of attachments and the arrow keys will move between attachments in the list. pressing ENTER on individual attachments will open them.
