I think that Janet, if you go into Settings, iTunes And App Stores on your
iPhone, there is a subscription section where you can unsubscribe.

Hi Janet.
Go to the account menu in iTunes, then select view account. You’ll be asked to
confirm your Apple ID and enter your password. Your account page will then pop
open within iTunes and you’ll be able to browse it like a normal webpage. On
this page, select the manage link under subscriptions. There you will see all
the products to which you are subscribed, these can be services from iTunes
including Apple Music or apps you have subscribe to through iTunes. Once you
are here, scroll down until you find the Apple Music membership and select it.
There will be a box to tick to stop auto renewal of the subscription. Select
Done and you will no longer be charged, however will have access to the service
until your next billing date.
All the best, Ibrahim.
