        Hi

        Any proper techies out there who would try and help me out.

        I really need to be able to use my microphone on either msn or skype.  
For some reason, my mic isn't working.  people can see me, but not hear me.

        I can hear others.  I really need this sorting, as i have a volunteer 
who is willing to help me out regarding the restoration of my MG.  I would like 
to be able to take my pc into the garage, so he can see parts on the vehicle, 
and obviously be able to chat to him.

        I'd be willing to pay for successful assistance with this matter, as 
its really important to me.

        I can normally sort stuff like this out, with perseverance, but this 
just isn't happening.
