There's of course Top Tech Tidbits and blindcooltech as well, but I think I
know where you're coming from, in that most of the lists discuss mostly the
widely sold commercialised stuff from the large vendors, not really discussuing
AT made by smaller companies. I unfortunately don't know much else either, but
I know there's a list somewhere that also discusses new talking products.
