Hi

I am gradually learning to use my new samsung galaxy a3, it is a bit
complex, there are some settings I cannot find, I also have several
questions.

how to lengthen the time before the screen turns off, it is set on 30
seconds right now?

How to lock the screen in portrait mode, some of the settings are well
hidden.

What app to use to close apps, the screen has a recent button on it but it
doesn't seem to be accessible, my old lg phone had a program built in to do
this which was pretty good, If I restart my phone does this clear the apps
and start the phone with no apps running?

Are there any other recommended apps that are useful please?

Are there any useful tutorials out there?

Does anyone know of a good site where I can get the user manual in pdf from
please?

What was the website for getting useful accessible android info, somebody
gave it to me last year.

Regards

Adrien

This is the text from the bbc followed by the web page address:
FAQ
Can I use BBC iPlayer on Chromebook?
You can use Chromebook to watch all your favourite programmes on BBC iPlayer
through the browser.
However you won't be able to download as Chromebook does not meet the
current system requirements (which supports only Mac and Windows operating
systems).

I have been looking at some chromebooks.
The Bbc warn that you cannot download from their site.
The post from the BBC is a little elderly; does anybody know if this
is still the situation?
