Well I would like to think this isn't the case but it's certainly the
impression you get at times.

I too am thinking of going self-employed so perhaps will email off list
to see where you've got to and any useful contacts.

Re the consumer survey, well there good at doing surveys and reports on
others including major commercial org's so there would certainly be
mileage in someone doing this type of study..as to whether anyone would
get any money to do it, hmm, doubt it?!

Yes Phil, on the face of it it does seem to be another way of saying:
'No VI people need apply'.

I'm thinking, out of necessity, of approaching ACFBP for advice on
self-employment etc. Wonder if they'll want me as a client?

As an after-thought, wonder if anyone's ever done a consumer-style
report service on what the agencies we use are like from a users'
perspective?

Debbie,

Like Ray I'm not sure what job you're referring too as never saw it on
this list however what I do know is that I was interested in applying
for a job with AFBP a month ago however despite an email and telephone
call to their HR dept I never did get my application pack in my
preferred format...I figured they mustn't be worth working for if they
can't even sort out such a simple access requirement. Anyone else had
similar experiences or is it just me?

Cheers,

Phil
