Hi Mo,  Sorry, just catching up.

What make and model of embosser do you have?  In most cases, Duxbury controls 
the embosser, and so once you have selected the correct one, and the correct 
paper size in DBT's Global menu, it should be fairly simple to fine tune.

Feel free to contact me off list or by phone if you'd like help.  I know that 
embosser module quite well and had much input into it.
