Hi Brendan.

Make a folder called inbox for example to save your messages in. when you're in the inbox in outlook express, press control A to select all the messages. then if you press alt F for the file menu, as far as i recall there's a save as option. they will be saved as .eml files, this if you just want a copy of the emails for your reference.

all the best,

Mo.

Hi Folk,
Can anyone please tell me if it is possible to save an entire folder of emails in outlook express, using windows xp, to an external hard drive and if so how to accomplish this.
All the best Brendan
