Hi all,

I'm writing this message on behalf of my wife, Carol, who is not a member of this list.

The problem is that, up until now, Carol has been using the Braille Indexed Address book from the RNIB to store addresses and telephone numbers in Braille, however, she has now got to a situation where the number of addresses she wishes to store is more than will fit in the Indexed address book . Please note that the problem is not a lack of address cards, it is literally that if any more address cards were added, the book would become overloaded.

What Carol is looking for is something that she can write names, postal addresses, e-mail addresses, and telephone numbers in, either via a Braille or Qwerty keyboard, and which will also be easily portable.

Please note that although Carol has a Talks enabled Nokia 6600 mobile, in which she does put some telephone numbers, it will not necessarily take all the data she wishes to store, and although there are other phones that could do what is required, Carol does not want to replace her current mobile as, it currently works.

Thank you in advance for any advice and suggestions anyone can give as to how of how Carol can solve her problem.
