AndrewAre you looking at the ribbon from Contacts? If you are, arrow down once and arrow right until you hear "import". Press the spacebar and you will be presented with a list of four options. You can also get to Import by continually pressing tab immediately on entering the upper ribbon. Remember that to get to contacts you need to press ctrl+3.

I could import my contacts by going to the Home tab, Import, and choosing "Address Book for current Windows user". The keystrokes for this were Alt, H, TI, UpArrow, Enter. To change which messages go into the Junk folder, I could go to the Safety Options (Alt, F, O, S) and choose a different radio button on the Options page.
