I suffered from this same problem for over a year.
I still had a little sight back then, so I was messing about with the
settings, within OE to change the colours of my faunts and I also wanted to
have a larger type script.
I must have selected Black on Black or something.

This is an odd one as I am also using Office365 but I don't think I've ever seen a blank message from Ibrahim or anyone else.
It would be interesting to know if Jackie, Graham et al are able to read my message.
I think that Andrew and George amongst others have been trying to track down the route of this problem for some time, good luck!

Would it be possible for the list moderator or owner to look into why some messages on this list come in as blank? I am using Office 365, and all messages from Ibrahim and a few others come in with nothing in them. This seems to be the only list I am subscribed to where it occurs. Martin is also subscribed and gets the same blanks, so is it an Outlook thing or what?
