Hi Steve.

Thanks for your response to my email.
It looks as though there's a problem with my Outlook profile, as I can open
Outlook in safe mode by adding a new one.

Sue.

Hi Sue,

Question.  Does it run in Safe Mode?  To do this, go to the run menu by
holding down the Windows key and pressing R then type in the following line,
exactly as it appears and press enter:-

Outlook /safe

Please tell us if it opens then.

Thanks.

All the best

Steve

Hi.

For several days now, Outlook is not responding when I try and open it.

I'm using Outlook 2016 with Office 365.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled Office 365.  I've done a quick repair and
an online repair, but Outlook is still not responding.

Does anyone on this list have any other ideas of what I can try next please?
As not having Outlook on my PC is proving quite problematic.

Thanks.

Sue.

Never done this before so would appreciate how you guuys do it.
I'm sure it's relatively straight forward but any help will be welcome
