Ah,
It finally timed out, page can't be found.
I can however ping the address, get it's IP & get the packets back to
me. So it looks like it's responsive if you're on a UK ISP. just not
browsable. The other thing I can think of is use a proxy address to
access any site outside of your geolocation.

Thanks for that. I just pasted the link into IE and, yep, a page
stating that Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage. Don't have
anything to say that it is VM blocking, so it may be that the site is
just down. Has anyone tried it who isn't a VM subscriber?
