I think there is one called clipman that might do the job.

Subject: [access-uk] accessible free clipboard manager, does one exist?

Hello Everyone.

Does anyone know of a free clipboard manager which maintains the history of
text that you copy and deletes it on boot? What I would ideally like is a
program that appends text to text you have already copied if needs be, but
clears history on boot.

cheers,

Mo.
