Hi Terry At the time of writing, I am also getting this message. It sounds to me as if the problem is at the BBC end and not the accessible player.

I'm using the latest version, 3.7, downloaded today, but hasn't solved the fact that I can't receive five live, or five live sports extra. I just get a message saying, "sorry, we can't bring you the programme you are trying to listen to.
Any thoughts? Terry__________ Information from ESET Smart Security, version of virus signature database 3668 (20081206) __________
