At the time of writing, I am also getting this message.
It sounds to me as if the problem is at the BBC end and not the accessible
player.

Hi all
On a slightly different note, is anyone having any problems with the radio
player?
I'm using the latest version, 3.7, downloaded today, but hasn't solved the
fact that I can't receive five live, or five live sports extra. I just get
a message saying, "sorry, we can't bring you the programme you are trying to
listen to.
Any thoughts?
