I think the milestone is quite accessible, though it feels a little bit 
cheap and plastic to me which is a shame considering what you pay for it.

Some people don't like them but I've just got a Milestone from the rnib, I
download my music from allofmp3 and then take the sd card out of the
milestone, stick it in my card reader/writer, copy the files over via
windows explorer, put sd card back in milestone and I'm away!!
