I have just been told by our council's Electoral Services Officer:
"A change in legislation means there will be no numbers, against the
candidates printed on the Ballot Papers, the Candidates will still be
listed
alphabetic order"
So seems the numbers in Braille on the guide we place over ballot
paper,
means nothing now.
