However bad Yahoogroups might be, it can never be as bad as Smartgroups.

The cynic in me agrees. I'm subscribed to several yahoo group lists
and with regular monotony one of them will quit working because emails are
supposedly bouncing. Curiously, the other groups remain unaffected by the
bouncing. I think that Access-UK and Jaws-UK are considerably improved for
their shift to Freelists.

It's a well known problem with Yahoo.

Many are convinced they do it on purpose, just to keep volumes down.

My messages get bounced by yahoo every now and then.  I leave it and, after
a week or so, they are back to normal.
I have no idea why this happens although, in my cynicism, I believe that it
is because I haven't registered with yahoo.
