Hi Jackie and Amanda,
Please could you both try the following and let me know if the reboots
decrease?
Remove the keyguard i.e. go into 9-Settings, 5-Screen and Security,
3-Lockscreen and select 1-None.
Please note this is not a permanent fix, we are just trying to squash this
bug.

My partner has just got the tilorian mobile phone. He said that,
