I think that if you connect the iPhone to the computer, either wireless or
by cable, it will back up to Outlook and the computer will remind you. You
may have to set up one or both the mobile and the computer to do this.

You don't even need that. Just set reminders with Siri and say Every Day,
Every Month, etc.
