Hi Austin, this is how.
1 if you're using a cd put in the cd or alternatively press enter on the executable if downloaded from the internet.
2 You will get the welcome message and asked to press enter to continue.
3 when the installer finds a version of jaws already on your system it will give you the options to modify, repair or remove. You can locate the options with the tab key. 4 press enter and the repair process will start. Remember that afterwards you'll need to redo your settings, as everything will revert to default.

hello friend,  again, it seems a problem of the video driver in your pc.
and the jaws version you have installed,  is itself a problem i guess.
so, if you are not using win7,  then use jaws 10.
or try installing the video intersept driver from the freedomscientific.

to jaws 11.0.756 i use msoffice 2007 but after downgrading jaws when
