[access-uk] Zeon talking radio controlled watch help needed

About 4 years ago I bought the above watch badged as a *Science
Museum* product via a mail order offer from, I think, the Radio Times.
A couple of hard disks ago and on a windows machine I had a pdf of the
instructions, that was then and now I'm on a mac book with a watch I
need to kick back in to life following a battery change.
Does anyone on the list have a pdf or .txt version of the instructions
please?
I love my watch folks, don't let me have to put it down!
