Hi guys.
Another odd request I'm afraid, but quite interesting.
I'm gradually becoming adicted to Youtube. I Love it!
I only recently started messing around with it, and it's amazing, just how much
you can find on it, by using JAWS.
What I do is start Total Recorder running which records everything going
through my sound card, , then start Youtube.
When Youtube launches, you are immediatly asked for info, so lately I've typed
in "Dick Gaughan" , who was a famous Scottish/British folk singer, who is no
longer with us.
What I get is a long list of files with "Dick Gaughen",in the title.
So I press enter on one of these and automatically record the full album or
documentary, through Total Recorder.
Once it's done and I now have a large Wav file, I run Goldwave and do my usual
stuff in there to edit it and chop it up into tracks.
I then delete the tracks that I don't like then rename the rest, like,
1,2,3,4,5 and so on.
But often that's all I've got, I don't have the track titles.
So here is my enquiry.
Sometimes when I start something playing in Youtube, JAWS announces that "A
video add is playing" and other times it says something like "Dick Gaughan -
running a mile, or another title name like that"
The problem is that I don't know how to stop the adverts going through my sound
card to total recorder or telling Youtube just to give me the title name
instead.
It's all verry very variable, but I think that an expert can advise me how best
to do what I'm trying to do.
Any advice would be great.
Very best wishes.
Andy.
