[access-uk] Youtube and java script?

Hi all!
Tried to use Utube but it says I don't have java script installed/switched off.
So do I need to install this? does it work with xp home and jfw 4.51?am I
getting too old for all this new technology?LOL! When in internet explorer java
consul is checked, any thoughts?
